Wellbeing at RAW

Welfare at RAW

Welfare is a key part of RAW and we recognise that in order to be our best selves on air, we have to look after all aspects of our mental and physical well-being in and out of the studio. Our Welfare Officer, Saarah runs our Welfare Instagram which has signposting to helplines within Warwick as well as tips to boost your well-being during stressful points throughout the year (all the content is delivered by a very cute dinosaur – our welfare mascot Wally!) She also works closely with our social sec Hannah to organise welfare socials throughout the year such as movie nights and picnics.

If you would like to contact Saarah about any questions or welfare concerns you may have you can email her directly at Saarah.Hafiji@warwick.ac.uk or message the Raw Welfare account on Instagram here.

Below are some links to helplines you can contact if you would like further information on how to look after your well-being or just want someone to chat to as well an area to provide any feedback for RAW's Welfare Officer :).
